Kingdom prayer
How prayer works in God’s kingdom
Most people learn to pray by reacting to problems. But prayer is shaped first by God’s rule, not by the problem in front of us.
A six-week guided study path that helps people pray through real situations with greater clarity. These pages tie directly to the current Small Group Workbook and Small Group Leader’s Guide and give you the learning goal, scenarios, and direct app practice for each week.
How prayer works in God’s kingdom
Most people learn to pray by reacting to problems. But prayer is shaped first by God’s rule, not by the problem in front of us.
His authority and our identity
This week begins at the start of the prayer flow with Authority and Identity. Prayer is grounded in what is true, not in how we feel.
Seeing clearly before responding
Only after prayer is grounded in who God is and who we are in Him do we ask what is actually happening. Clear prayer depends on naming the real situation honestly.
When things are not simple
This week stays in discernment, but now looks at situations that are layered and not easy to understand. Complex situations require patience.
When opposition is real
This week looks at what the prayer flow looks like when discernment shows that spiritual opposition is real. Warfare is real, but it is not the answer to every hard situation.
Living a life of prayer
This week brings the full prayer flow together and helps people learn to live from it more consistently. The goal is not to become more complicated. The goal is to become more clear.
